    Yes, that opening sentence in Pravda does kind of grab your attention. I liked the last sentence in the opening paragrah:

    "...in choosing Obama, the people of America have opted to come back into the international fold. Welcome back, friends!"

    I'm not familiar with the "new" Pravda. So while I'm thankful to put aside some of my own Bush rants... don't these guys seem a mite over the top?

    And the layout of the page.. and the character of what's on it... wow. I'm thinking that's one of the scariest web pages - in a very 1930's way - of an official government organ I've seen... but then... I'm not usually looking at these things.

    James, you are probably right. I don't frequent Pravda, as a matter of course. I was just interested to see their slant on our election. They did not disappoint!

    Um, excuse me, Pravda ... "dialogue" - is this how the Soviet system dealt with Afghanistan and Chechnya? I think not! What a load of BS.
